Segun Awe

Segun Awe’s Afritonas plays authentic African music called Afritonas.
Segun Awe was born in a Christian home in Ayetoro Ekiti, Ekiti State. He started playing music at tender age.
The music is from the grassroots. Segun Awe created a different rhythm from what you’ve been listening and dancing to when we talk of African music. The meaning of Afritonas is “African Tones”.
The band started performing since 1990 and to our credit, we have six Albums. The full band is 17-piece-band with dancers, medium is 7/10-piece-band and the smallest is 5-piece-band.
We’ve been performing live at many Shows, Concerts, Beach Concerts, Clubs, Weddings, Birthday parties, Companies end of the year parties etc.
